1:1 Coaching and Birth Prep

90 minute online coaching sessions for you and your partner. Here are different topics to choose from:
- Don't show up to the delivery room unprepared - a quick overview of how labour and birth works, with some practical tips to help you prepare
- Preparing for a hospital birth. Writing a birth plan - interventions and pain relief options explained
- Preparing for the postpartum period
- Working on fear and trauma*
- Questions over VBAC, homebirth, pain relief methods and intervention*
- Partner coaching

Introductory meeting
4 prenatal, online session
These session are between 90 minutes and 2 hours. They include the topics mentioned above, and can be tailored to your specific situation and needs.
Email support from the first session until the baby is born.
