What to Expect from My Prenatal Support Sessions

Navigating pregnancy and preparing for birth can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My prenatal support sessions are designed to equip you with knowledge, confidence, and a clear plan for your unique journey.

During our time together, we’ll:

  • Discuss your needs and preferences to create a personalized birth preference list.

  • Discuss how you can prepare your body and mind during pregancy for labour and postpartum.

  • Explore comfort measures, labor induction methods, and interventions.

  • Prepare for both home and hospital births.

  • Discuss and prepare for the first weeks postpartum.

  • Involve your birth partner, helping them understand how to support you and themselves during labor and beyond.

As part of our sessions, I’ll provide a relaxing mini massage and guide you on how to safely and effectively use essential oils. You’ll also have the option to select a custom essential oil blend to diffuse in your birth space, adding a calming, personalized touch to your labor experience.

My goal is to empower you with practical tools and emotional reassurance as you approach pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
